Founded in 1984, after reorganization in 2001, Shanghai Sunyat Architecture Design Institute (Sunyat) has possessed nearly 200 staffs. It is one of the biggest private-owned architecture institutes in China.
The design range of Sunyat includes residential building, commercial building, office building, sports building, educational building, medical building and some other fields. The works extend all over the country have extensive influence.

Requirements:
Design Director(RMB400,000+/Year)(1 Person):
# Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Architecture
# At least 10 years plan design experience in internationally-known architecture design firm
# Have the experience of presiding independently large and medium sized project, able to control the project effectively
# Able to manage large-scale design team
# Good professional quality, team spirit, communication skills and coordination skills

Chief Designer(RMB200,000+/Year)(2-3Person):
# Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related specialty
# At least 5 years related working experience. Able to preside independently large project
# Have strong ability to control plans, posses a wide design thread, able to hold projects accurately
# Good professional quality, team spirit, communication skills and coordination skills
