Account Management Have responsibility for the day to day running of the following accounts:adidas, Reebok and Philips. This involves: *manage the running of the accounts and ensuring all aspects of the account are running smoothly *Build strong client relationships *Develop and maintain good relationships with the 13 local Carat offices in APAC and the International London office. *Have an existing relationship with the pan-regional media owners and knowledge of research *Work closely with the digital resource in the regional team. It is essential offline and online plans are seamless *Gather information and analyse data to produce regional reports as briefed *Manage 1 Account Executive not just on day to day but on-going development needs. *Work collaboratively with clients other partner agencies. *Maintain high standards within the region produce exemplary work *Love sport!B. BackgroundThe role is primarily to manage the adidas, Reebok and Philips accounts across the Asia Pac region. This involves liaison with the global team at CI in London and reporting to the Regional Business Director in HK. The management of adidas, Reebok and Philips requires global directives (strategy, budget allocation, formats, approvals etc) to be implemented in the region as far as possible. It is your role to understand the local requirements and nuances and explain these to the global team and vice versa. You are also expected to contribute to the initiation, development and sharing of creative media ideas, creating regional initiatives with/without media owners. Also the application and usage of the tools and available research. As a key member of the regional team it is your responsibility to enhance the Carat brand name and values. Standards are a high priority in APAC as is best practice, it will be your responsibility to assist in their implementation and maintenance as part of your regional role and dealings with the local Carat offices.C.
