Location: Qatar Salary: Sixty Thousand - tax free Benefits: 30 days holiday plus 10 public holidays, salary will include housing, car and telecomms allowance. Expat package of relocation allowance, one flight home a year and repatriation costs. Closing Date: 09 Jul 2006 Job Objectives: Responsible for the delivery of an effective and efficient industry go-to-market process, developing a clear and consistent market proposition and ensuring that all product strategies deliver against the agreed strategic and marketing plans. Key tasks and Duties: Operational Responsibilities Ensure all product strategies and promotional plans are in line with with strategic objectives i.e. that appropriate channels are identified to promote all the projects effectively internationally. Recommend effective external communication of investment opportunities through appropriately targeted promotional literature, media advertising and features, trade exhibitions, conferences, etc. Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget in conjunction with the rest of the Marketing Team. Review performance of plans and provide recommendations on suggested changes to plans. Recommend the development of all marketing materials to ensure communications are aligned with campaign goals, creative briefs and brand guidelines. To oversee/manage the following: Manage Branding/Advertising/PR andEvents agencies Brand development Target Market Profiling All aspects of production Product launches/events/conferences Promotional items
Financial responsibilities Assist with the preparation of annual marketing budgets. Ensure contracts issues are delivered as per the approved budgets and sales goals. Personnel responsibilities Operate the organisation' personnel policies and procedures and performance management processes within own business unit. Liaise with HR & Training department over business unit resource, skills and training needs. Encourage and support the professional development of staff within the business unit to ensure they keep abreast of technical developments, relevant regulations and industry best practice. Skills and competencies required: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of markets within the real estate industry and or business to business environment. Strong analytical and conceptual thinker who is both detail and results orientated with an inquisitive approach to all tasks. Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, flexible approach and stule to take account of different audiences needs. Providing clear direction, leads and motivates high performing teams. Demonstrates ability to analyse complex market and financial information and make decisions. Experience and education Minimum 3 years experience at middle management level or above within Marketing. Minimum 5 years experience of working within marketing in a target driven environment with a track record of delivery against budgets, targets and objectives. Minimum third level tertiary education in Marketing, or in a Marketing related field of study.
