Assistant Director/ Snr Account Manager
Job Description:
Deliver agreed sales & marketing objectives/bottom-line results in identified market segments through:
• Brainstorming for ideas, formulate action plans and recommend appropriate strategies and plans to address marketing/sales issues based on up-to-date market knowledge;
• Managing the implementation of approved strategies and action plans, including executing corrective actions as may be necessary to achieve approved targets/objectives;
• Cultivating, developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and key market players/influencers including building strategic alliances with advertising/media agencies and clients;
• Building and maintaining an information base to permit the development of viable strategies and plans;
• Regular reporting to the Directors on plans progress and corrective actions;
• Analyse, investigate and develop appropriate strategies to cross-sell the entire range of products/services of the Gleamour Group, including product/merchandising display systems (POP).
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in advertisement sales/account servicing or media planning in the advertising industry;
Excellent contacts with large corporate clients, brand owners and advertising/media buying agencies;
