The Organization, a successful and fast growing advertising and public relations company based in Dubai, UAE and covering the whole Middle East market. The agency is a member of the International Advertising Association (IAA) and is looking to recruit various advertising agency professionals beginning with a Creative Director who will not only manage all creative projects but will mentor a team of Art Directors and Graphic Designers
The ideal candidate will be aged up to 35 years old from a native English speaking country with a University degree in Arts or Graphic Design. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in an internationally reputed advertising agency with a minimum of one year as Creative Director. The candidate must have an outstanding portfolio and a proven record in below and above the line campaigns including production of TV commercials and story boards. You will have excellent communication skills and expansive computer knowledge of all relevant softwares
Your key responsibilities will include leading the Creative Department of the agency and taking responsibility for developing above and below the line creative campaigns for a diversified portfolio of clients. You will provide strategic and creative input and contribute to the growth of clients brands. You will manage creative projects from concept to completion and translate marketing objectives into creative strategies.
